Shipping:
 
All shipping is done with the United States Postal Service, regular ground.  Ground orders generally arrive within 6-9 business days. There is no guarantee on delivery dates. Overnight Air orders must be placed by noon in order to make Overnight delivery for the following day.  Orders that come in after noon, may not make it the following business day. Those orders will arrive the following day.  BallLifter.com will not be responsible for deliveries not making the Overnight deadline.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 
All Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
 
 
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from delivery of your order. 
 
Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with labels intact.
 
Wildmant merchandise that has been purchased through other vendors should be returned directly to them. 
 
If you request an exchange that is lower in value than the returned item (s), the difference will be credited back to the credit card used to pay for the original order. If you request a replacement (s) of higher value, any difference will be charged to the credit card used to pay for the original order.
 
Certain products are excluded from our general return policy for hygiene reasons.
